Staffing Studio (the "Agency") helps job seekers connect with our client companies. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Identity and contact info you provide: name, email, phone, address.
- Employment-related info: work history, skills, certifications, resume, references, desired roles and locations, pay expectations, work authorization status.
- Information you provide on applications: answers to screener questions, voluntary EEO data (kept separate from your application file).
- If you are placed: full onboarding data required by law (SSN, I-9 documents, tax withholding, banking) — stored encrypted at rest.
Why we collect it
To match you with employment opportunities with our client companies, and (once you are placed) to administer payroll, taxes, and benefits that the law requires.
Who we share it with
- Client companies we are actively matching you to, only after you have applied or expressed interest in a relevant role.
- Government and payroll agencies as required by law (IRS, state revenue and unemployment, Social Security, E-Verify, state new-hire reporting).
- We do not sell your information to any third party.
How long we keep it
Talent pool registrations: up to 2 years from the date of your last contact with us, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
If you become an employee through a placement, payroll and tax records are retained for the periods the IRS, the Department of Labor, and your state require (typically 4–7 years after termination).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we have on file about you,
- Correct anything that is wrong,
- Delete your information (subject to legal record-keeping obligations for actual employment),
- Stop contacting you about new opportunities.

Cookies
Our public website uses session cookies only — they keep you logged in while you are using our portals. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
